Soluna's newly acquired 397-acre property sits directly adjacent to two existing company developments, Project Dorothy 1 and Project Dorothy 2, in Texas. The site is positioned across from the substation of the 150 MW Briscoe onshore wind farm, which Soluna acquired in April 2026. This proximity enables direct, behind-the-meter access to renewable wind power, bypassing traditional grid interconnection bottlenecks.

According to Soluna Chief Executive Officer John Belizaire, controlling the site end-to-end eliminates critical timing variables for prospective AI infrastructure customers who require rapid speed-to-power guarantees. Soluna currently operates 192 MW of active data center capacity across 11 locations in various stages of development. Its broader portfolio includes the 187 MW Project Rosa site in Texas, the 50 MW Dorothy I (A and B) and 48 MW Dorothy II facilities, the 25 MW Project Sophie site in Kentucky, and the 2 MW Grace site in Texas.
