SpaceX has signed a new hosting contract valued at $13.3 billion annually to supply dedicated compute capacity for an undisclosed AI customer. The agreement brings the company's total annual revenue from AI hosting leases to $41.1 billion as it rapidly expands its data center footprint.

SpaceX Chief Financial Officer Bret Johnson announced the agreement during the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference 2026. The contract represents SpaceX's fourth major AI compute hosting deal of 2026, generating $1.11 billion per month starting in December 2026. This adds to SpaceX's existing monthly hosting revenues from Anthropic ($1.25 billion per month), Google Cloud ($920 million per month), and Reflection AI ($150 million per month).

To support these commitments, SpaceX operates approximately 1.4 GW of live data center capacity as of June 30, 2026. The company is projecting total active capacity to reach 2 GW by the end of 2026 and approach 10 GW by the end of 2027. Its infrastructure footprint includes the operational Colossus 1 and Colossus 2 facilities in Memphis, Tennessee, alongside active developments in Southaven and a planned fourth facility in the Memphis area.
